1. Measure your Under Bust (the area directly under your breasts, where the band sits).

2. Measure your Over Bust (around the fullest part of your breasts).

3. Calculate your Cup Size by subtracting your Under Bust from your Over Bust.

• The difference determines your cup size (see the chart below).

• If you are between band sizes, consider choosing the smaller band and one cup larger for a better fit.

Example: If your Under Bust is 30" (76 cm) and Over Bust is 35" (89 cm), the difference is 5" → B Cup. Your size would be 34B.
